TL DR Email signatures cannot be responsive, but they can be mobile friendly So the natural question when a web designer is asked to create a signature for their client is "how do I make this email signature mobile responsive?" It's an important question considering that up to 50% of emails are read on mobile devices according to TrueList, but the answer isn't as simple as we might like it to be. Almost all websites now use responsive CSS that allows the website to flex shift and respond to the device width. Any website worth its salt needs to be able to fit in multiple form factors for the growing number of devices added to the market every day. Instead of developing two separate websites for mobile and desktop, we now design a single website that can respond and resize to the screen it is being viewed on. At work and at home I have the same version of outlook desktop: Microsoft® Outlook® for Microsoft 365 MSO (Version 2210 Build 6.20188) 64-bit.By now most web designers and developers are used to the idea of mobile responsive websites. The new version of outlook allows to sync signature with OWA. All Office versions are up to date, and I even used the option to repair Office online. All computers have the option to sync files to the cloud turned on. So, only one of the three computers can use signatures created on Outlook Web Access, while the other two can't.
On my other two computers, I only have local signatures and no way to use signatures created on Outlook Web Access. But in my case, on my account, it only syncs online signatures with one of my computers.
Outlook on the Web can now sync signatures with Outlook desktop versions. I just started using Office 365 standard with an exchange server.
